Position Summary
The Recruiter owns talent acquisition across Culture Studio’s Chicago, Daytona Beach, and Nashville operations, managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff. This role recruits across high-volume manufacturing, skilled production, professional, and leadership positions while building proactive talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs. The Recruiter also manages staffing agency relationships, temp-to-hire opportunities, and creative sourcing channels while helping Culture Studio improve candidate quality, speed to hire, and reduce reliance on temporary staffing. Ultimately, this role is about bringing top-level talent into Culture Studio who want to be part of something bigger. Our teams bring the stories of legendary bands, global artists, and iconic brands to life through merchandise, and this role finds the people who want to build the next chapter with us.

Why this role is critical to our organization
As Culture Studio continues to grow across multiple locations, a consistent, proactive approach to recruiting is critical to maintaining a strong workforce. This role creates dedicated ownership of the recruiting function, allowing us to build talent pipelines before needs become urgent, improve the candidate experience, and better support managers with qualified talent. By creating clear ownership of recruiting, this role also allows the HR team to remain focused on employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and the overall employee lifecycle while ensuring hiring receives the dedicated attention needed to support the organization’s growth.
Position Duties
- Own recruiting efforts across all Culture Studio locations, with Chicago representing the largest volume.
- Recruit for high-volume manufacturing positions as well as professional, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.
- Build evergreen pipelines for frequently hired positions.
- Proactively source candidates instead of relying solely on incoming applications.
- Review applications and resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate in-person tours and interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain strong candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Develop relationships with local talent sources, schools, community organizations, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent initiatives.
- Coordinate interview feedback and candidate selection with hiring managers.
- Prepare and communicate offers within approved compensation parameters.
- Coordinate candidate acceptance and anticipated start dates.
- Initiate UKG onboarding and send new-hire instructions.
- Coordinate orientation scheduling and ensure HR has everything needed for the employee handoff.
- Manage relationships and day-to-day communication with temporary staffing partners.
- Coordinate temporary labor requests based on production needs.
- Manage replacements, arrivals, staffing changes, and agency communication.
- Identify strong temporary employees who may be good candidates for conversion to direct employment.
- Track open positions and recruiting pipeline activity.
- Monitor candidate sources, hiring speed, acceptance, conversion, and retention trends.
- Partner with HR and Operations on upcoming workforce needs.
- Support all locations remotely with quarterly/as-needed travel based on hiring needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, distribution, or similar recruiting experience strongly required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Experience sourcing candidates beyond traditional job-board applications.
- Expert in recruiting both hourly production employees and professional-level positions.
- Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with hiring managers and operational leaders.
- Experience with an ATS/HRIS; UKG experience is a plus.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings, locations, and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where staffing needs can change quickly.
- Able to work on-site in Chicago Monday-Friday and travel periodically to other Culture Studio locations.
