Recruiter

September 9, 2026
Stoney Creek, ON, CA

Brandt Corporate Services Ltd is currently seeking a Recruiter for our Ontario locations.

The Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and securing talent across an assigned area. This position partners closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, build candidate pipelines, and deliver recruitment solutions across a diverse portfolio of positions.

This is a hands on talent acquisition role with a strong focus on direct sourcing, headhunting, candidate engagement, market intelligence, and hiring manager partnership. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to actively seek talent in the market, build relationships with passive candidates, and identify new talent sources rather than relying primarily on applicants generated through job postings.

This is a full time, onsite position based at a Brandt location within the assigned area and requires regular travel between Brandt locations and participation in internal and external recruitment events.

  • Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity, candidate information, and documentation within the applicant tracking system.
  • Use recruitment data and market information to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to continuously improve recruitment strategies and results.
