Partner. Energize. Deliver.

Guarantee Electrical is seeking a driven Recruiter to support hiring across our electrical construction business. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role will manage the day-to-day recruiting work that keeps our talent pipeline moving, including sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring manager communication, and recruiting administration. The right person is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment, and motivated by connecting people with long-term career opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Source Qualified Candidates Proactively identify and engage candidates for office, project, technical, and field-support roles across the electrical construction business. Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, schools, trade organizations, community partnerships, and direct outreach to build diverse and reliable candidate pipelines.

Screen and Qualify Talent Conduct timely phone and video screens to evaluate experience, career goals, compensation expectations, work authorization, location, and overall alignment with the role. Provide the hiring team with clear, accurate candidate summaries and recommendations.

Manage Recruiting Workflow Own candidate movement through the applicant tracking system, schedule interviews, collect feedback, maintain accurate records, post and refresh openings, and keep recruiting activity current. Identify delays early and follow up with the appropriate partners to maintain momentum.

Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates from initial outreach through disposition or handoff for offer. Communicate clearly, follow up when promised, prepare candidates for interviews, and ensure every interaction reflects the Guarantee Way.

Support Hiring Managers Partner with hiring managers to confirm job requirements, interview availability, and selection criteria. Share market feedback, surface candidate concerns, and escalate changes in scope, compensation, or hiring priority to the Talent Acquisition Partner.

Build Talent Pipelines Maintain warm pipelines for recurring needs such as project managers, estimators, schedulers, safety professionals, commissioning talent, engineers, and other electrical construction roles. Reengage past applicants, referrals, interns, and prospective candidates before openings become urgent.

Support Early Career Recruiting Assist with career fairs, campus outreach, internship recruiting, interview days, and follow-up with students and school partners. Help maintain organized communication and a positive experience for early career candidates.

Track Recruiting Activity Maintain accurate data on candidate flow, source activity, interview progress, and open requisitions. Provide routine updates to the Talent Acquisition Partner and flag bottlenecks, aging candidates, and hard-to-fill roles that need additional attention.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Two or more years of recruiting, staffing, sourcing, or related experience. Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, engineering, manufacturing, or other technical hiring is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, community relationships, and direct outreach.
  • Experience conducting candidate screens and presenting clear, job-related recommendations for hiring teams.
  • Strong organization and follow-through while managing multiple openings, interviews, candidates, and deadlines at the same time.
  • Professional written and verbal communication with candidates, hiring managers, schools, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and common recruiting technology.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential candidate and business information.
  • Ability to work in an office-based, collaborative environment and adjust priorities as project and business needs change.
  • Commitment to consistent, inclusive, and job-related hiring practices.
