The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, where we are currently looking for a SkillBridge Recruiter Trainee to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing
Learn Global's organizational structure, operations, and recruiting processes
Assist with candidate sourcing using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal systems
Review resumes and support candidate qualification efforts
Draft and send candidate outreach communications under guidance
Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support job postings and recruitment campaigns
Assist with tracking recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity and time-to-fill
Participate in full-cycle recruiting workflows, from intake to interview stages
Support offer process and onboarding coordination activities
Ensure professional communication with both internal stakeholders and candidates
Gain exposure to compliance requirements within recruiting and hiring
What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications

Active-duty service member approved for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program
Experience in administrative, operational, leadership, or customer-facing roles within a military environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to work onsite in support of mission-critical staffing needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marine, shipyard, industrial, or maintenance environments
Familiarity with skilled trades roles (e.g., welders, electricians, machinists, pipefitters)
Experience supporting interviews, scheduling, or candidate coordination
Exposure to security clearance processes or work in secure environments
Background in customer service, sales, or recruiting-related activities
