Recruiter – Driver & Operations Recruiting

GH Logistics – Memphis, TN

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Memphis, TN (On-Site)

What You'll Do

  • Recruit CDL drivers and office personnel across multiple GH Logistics locations
  • Source candidates through Indeed, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews
  • Make high-volume outbound recruiting calls daily
  • Schedule interviews and road tests
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Maintain an organized recruiting pipeline and ATS
  • Partner with operations leaders to meet hiring goals
  • Complete Day 7 retention calls to improve first-week driver retention
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and consistently delivers results.

Compensation

Pay: $48,000 per year + Performance-Based Monthly Commission (Up to $72,000 Annual Earnings)

QualificationsPreferred

  • 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
  • Driver recruiting or transportation industry experience
  • High-volume outbound calling experience
  • Sales or recruiting background
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
