Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring leaders, the Senior Recruiter, and HR leadership to attract top talent, execute the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing: The use of job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Success in hiring for a variety of roles.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $72,700 - $86,500. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
