What You'll Do
- Recruit candidates through phone calls, job ads, social media, referrals, and grassroots community outreach.
- Build relationships with local organizations, churches, community groups, and other key contacts.
- Distribute flyers and attend local events, fairs, holiday celebrations, and ESL classes.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and enter applicants into our recruiting system.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring and employment process.
- Work closely with onsite management teams to support employee retention and success.
- Assist with new-hire orientations and recruitment events.
- Represent our company as an employer of choice in the local community.
- High volume recruiting.
What You Bring
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone and computer
- Basic data entry skills
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
- Comfortable working in a client production environment
