What You'll Do

  • Recruit candidates through phone calls, job ads, social media, referrals, and grassroots community outreach.
  • Build relationships with local organizations, churches, community groups, and other key contacts.
  • Distribute flyers and attend local events, fairs, holiday celebrations, and ESL classes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and enter applicants into our recruiting system.
  • Support candidates throughout the hiring and employment process.
  • Work closely with onsite management teams to support employee retention and success.
  • Assist with new-hire orientations and recruitment events.
  • Represent our company as an employer of choice in the local community.
  • High volume recruiting.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual Spanish/English required
  • 1+ year of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and computer
  • Basic data entry skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Comfortable working in a client production environment
