Locum Tenens Recruiter – Remote
We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing company looking for an experienced Locum Tenens Recruiter to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who understands the locums industry, knows how to build strong provider relationships, and is motivated by results.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of locum tenens recruiting experience and can step into the role with a solid understanding of the recruiting process.
Responsibilities include
- Recruit and develop relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers
- Source and qualify providers for current and future locum tenens opportunities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting, credentialing, and placement process
- Maintain consistent communication and build long-term provider relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to match qualified providers with client needs
- Maintain an active pipeline and meet established recruiting and placement goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of locum tenens recruiting experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to source, recruit, and close providers
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Compensation
