Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Position Summary
Apis Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts across multiple affiliates and programs. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting great candidates with meaningful career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple programs and affiliate organizations.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, recruiting events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Partner with hiring managers and operational leadership to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and requisition activity within ADP and other recruiting platforms.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring activities, and facilitate offer discussions.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring timelines, vacancies, and candidate flow.
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Provide outstanding customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and leadership teams.
- Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
- High-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience using ADP Recruitment Management, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar sourcing tools preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
