- Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
Recruiter Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial contact to successful hire.
- Source, screen and interview candidates through a variety of channels.
- Build candidate pipelines and work with Account Managers to meet changing staffing needs.
- Represent GardaWorld at career fairs and community recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
- Hire in accordance with ISO compliance requirements.
Recruiter Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably high-volume.
- Strong communication, interviewing and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus on quality.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business or a related field is an asset.
