What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and hire top talent for leadership, operations, and corporate roles
- Build relationships with candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Partner with business leaders to fill critical positions and build talent pipelines
- Learn recruiting, sales, and influence skills from experienced leaders
