- Location: Medina
- Working days: Monday-Friday
- Working hours: 9am-5pm
- salary: $20-25 / hour (based on experience)
- Number of hires: 1 (Hiring Immediately)
Job Description
Recruiter duties include (but are not limited to)
- Proactively identify staff vacancies and concerns
- Full Cycle recruiting including placing ads, interviews, & onboarding
- Continued employee relations from application process through life of employment
- Work with department managers on staffing, training, and development needs
- Serve as a link between employees and management, help resolve conflict
- maintain all Recruiting & HR records
- Assist in answering incoming calls, help walk in customers, and other office clerical jobs as assigned
