Starting Wage for this exempt position: $70,532.80 - $96,990.40, depending on experience

Recruiter Position Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for developing recruitment strategies to fulfill required current and future staffing levels for Asante. This position will partner with hiring leaders to develop talent pipelines to secure top talent for Asante, recruit candidates, consult on and manage interview strategies, and present competitive offers. In addition, the Recruiter will manage the placement of all recruitment advertising, utilizing key media, such as social, job board aggregators, professional associations, and universities, as well as schedule and attend job and career fairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, marketing, or relevant business experience
  • Associate's degree in business, communications, marketing, human resources, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or human resources- preferred

  • PHR: Professional in Human Resources
  • SPHR: Senior Professional in Human Resources
  • SHRM: Society for HR Management Professional
  • Professional Recruiter Certification
  • AIRS Certifications: Certified Internet Recruiter; Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter; Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter; Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter; Certified Social Media Recruiter; Certified Military Veteran Recruiter; Elite Certified Requirement Expert
