We have an opening for Recruiter to join our HR team.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
- Gather initial requirements for new openings from hiring managers
- Review job descriptions for consistency with requirements and work with managers to update as needed
- Source applicants by posting openings as appropriate to various job boards, websites, education partners, etc.
- Screen applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers regarding qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews and collect corresponding paperwork
- Ensure all onboarding requirements such as reference checks, background checks, collect necessary paperwork, etc. are met for all potential new hires
- Manage the onboarding process, including new hire paperwork, orientation, etc.
- Coordinate with the HR Assistant to ensure compliance
Candidates applying for this position should have
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience in HR required
- 3 years of recruiting experience required
- 1 year of experience working in HR in a healthcare organization required
- 1 year of experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; UKG Ready experience preferred
- 1 year of experience conducting reference and background checks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
- Professional certificate in Human Resources field (PHR) preferred.
