You will recruit for a variety of manufacturing and office support roles.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, professional organizations, schools, and other recruiting resources.
  • Proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical, and recurring positions.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across Indeed, the company careers page, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Research and identify new recruiting sources and creative ways to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies, universities, trade schools, technical training programs, community organizations, and other talent partners.
  • Participate in job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and other employer branding activities.

Candidate Management & Selection

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onsite and virtual interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process and provide guidance on candidate qualifications, interview feedback, and next steps.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including compensation discussions, offer preparation, and offer extensions.
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, and other required screenings.

HRIS/ATS & Recruiting Administration

  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS.
  • Utilize recruiting and HR technology to manage candidate pipelines, track activity, schedule interviews, document feedback, and generate recruiting reports.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred.
  • Ensure recruiting activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Onboarding & Continuous Improvement

  • Coordinate the transition from candidate selection through new-hire onboarding in partnership with HR, hiring managers, and other departments.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate communication, interview practices, and onboarding efficiency.
  • Support employer branding and initiatives designed to strengthen the company's talent pipeline.
  • Participate in recruiting and HR projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong recruiting and candidate sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing recruiting technology, ATS, and HRIS systems.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is highly preferred.
  • A people-first mindset with a strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader HR team.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, within a manufacturing (high-volume environment).
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS required.
  • ADP Workforce Now experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, engineering, technical, or other hard-to-fill positions is a plus.
