Description

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Talent Acquisition Partner to support a broad range of recruiting roles across the organization. This role will serve as a flexible recruiting resource capable of supporting Commercial, Medical Affairs, Consulting and other strategic hiring needs as business priorities evolve.

The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and can successfully recruit across multiple functional disciplines. This individual will demonstrate strong business acumen, proactive talent pipelining, and the ability to quickly learn new roles and markets while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for positions including individual contributor, management, and leadership-level roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent market dynamics.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and negotiation.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring timely communication and process transparency.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to s HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners regarding hiring progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency, RPO, healthcare, life sciences, or professional services recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including clinical, commercial, consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or professional services roles.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and talent mapping capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience using ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $40/hr. to $60/hr.. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
