Job Summary

Quest Healthcare Development is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Jeannette, PA. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various levels, and building strong candidate relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in talent acquisition platforms, applicant tracking systems, and employment law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through social media management, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and external recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct market trends analysis to identify talent gaps and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Lead candidate sourcing efforts through research, cold calling, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on employment law compliance, contracts, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and HRIS management such as Kronos and Paychex.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies when necessary for specialized or executive recruiting needs.
  • Provide guidance on employment & labor law compliance related to recruitment practices.
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives and participate in career fairs or industry events to attract emerging talent.
  • Assist in training & development programs for new recruiters and team members; contribute to succession planning efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment; clinical staff recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or UltiPro; familiarity with HRIS systems like Kronos or Paychex is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction, candidate engagement, and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to utilize social media management tools for candidate sourcing and employer branding efforts.
  • Experience with negotiation techniques and contract management related to employment offers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams of recruiters or lead recruitment projects effectively.
  • Skills in market trends analysis and strategic planning for talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling for lead generation of potential candidates.
  • Knowledge of various talent acquisition platforms including iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, HRIS systems like UltiPro or Kronos is highly desirable.
