  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screens and assess experience, motivation, technical/business fit, and overall alignment with the opportunity.
  • Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, urgency, and follow-through.
  • Provide candidates with a high-quality and personalized recruiting experience throughout the process.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring progress and proactively identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Support offer strategy and candidate closing in partnership with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements as the organization continues to scale.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and understand complex hiring requirements.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate-management skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with urgency and adapting quickly as business priorities change.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to operate independently with limited structure.
