The Role
AMS, in partnership with a leading client in the gaming and technology industry, is looking to bring on board an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Israel.
This is an opportunity for an end-to-end recruitment professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and partnering closely with Hiring Managers to attract and secure high-quality talent. You will take ownership of your recruitment portfolio while providing market insights, sourcing expertise and a consistently high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Israel market, from initial role briefing and sourcing strategy through to assessment and offer.
- Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative recruitment support throughout the process.
- Developing and executing effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies across IT, technology, gaming and a range of professional and specialist positions.
- Proactively identifying and engaging talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, networking and other relevant sourcing channels.
- Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists, providing clear recommendations and relevant market context to support informed hiring decisions.
- Providing Hiring Managers with talent market insights, helping to shape realistic recruitment strategies and manage expectations.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience through proactive communication, regular updates and effective process management.
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data and ensuring systems are kept up to date and compliant.
- Delivering against agreed SLAs, KPIs and team objectives, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and service delivery.
Skills & Requirements
You’ll need to demonstrate
- Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise, with the ability to independently manage multiple recruitment processes.
- Experience recruiting within IT, technology and/or gaming, as well as a range of professional and specialist functions, with a good understanding of both technical and broader talent markets, is desired.
- Experience supporting recruitment across European markets and confidence working within an international environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing and talent identification capabilities, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill technology positions.
- Strong candidate interviewing and assessment skills, ideally including competency-based interviewing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge, advise and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing requisitions, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Full professional fluency in English & Hebrew, both written and spoken.
