Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer preparation, and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source candidates through professional resources, job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, trade schools, and community partnerships.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and execute recruiting campaigns to support high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
- Represent PowerGrid Services at career fairs, industry events, and workforce development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company hiring practices.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity and recruiting effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition (required); experience recruiting field support, professional, and technical positions is preferred but not required.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Recruiting for utility, power generation, electrical, construction, or field service organizations.
- High-volume recruiting experience.

Working Conditions
- Work is primarily performed in office or approved remote location dedicated home office environment utilizing standard office equipment.
- Position requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
- Requires close visual acuity for reviewing sourcing resources, candidate profiles/resumes, and system data.
- May require occasional travel to support networking or career fair recruitment initiatives.
