Location: Gratz, PA
Compensation Range: $62,000.00 - $77,000.00
Job Summary

We're looking for a Recruiter who serves as a business partner and trusted advisor to manufacturing leadership, helping drive hiring strategies and delivering exceptional talent outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and candidate engagement while supporting a high-volume manufacturing recruiting environment. The Recruiter will manage recruiting activities, coordinate hiring processes, support hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure an efficient hiring process.
- Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring data accuracy within Workday.
- Review recruiting activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, candidate movement, and process compliance.
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events, candidate communications, and onboarding activities.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, interview logistics, offer preparation, and other recruiting administrative tasks.
- Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and plant recruiting events to engage candidates and promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice.
- Partner closely with Recruiters, HR, and manufacturing leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, human resources, administrative support, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments preferred.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday and Phenom is preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial recruiting environments is a plus.
Job Specific Requirements
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and interacting with candidates onsite.
- Willingness to travel locally to support manufacturing facilities, hiring events, and community outreach activities as needed (approximately 10%).
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and utilize standard office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to maintain a professional presence while representing MITER Brands at recruiting events and community functions.
