Skypoint Transit is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain quality drivers and transportation professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building candidate pipelines, and supporting our company's growth through strategic hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit drivers
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Manage job postings on recruiting platforms and social media.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Transportation experience preferred.
• Must maintain working knowledge of current DOT Regulations
