Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for HVAC positions in commercial and residential sectors
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the skilled trades or HVAC industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity
