JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiter must have excellent organizational skills and work well with both internal management and local recruiting sources. Must be detail orientated, people focused, and energized by delivering a smooth, professional, and efficient candidate experience. In this role, you will support recruiting operations, drive candidate engagement, manage reporting, and ensure the recruiting process runs seamlessly from first contact to onboarding.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ability to work under time constraints and meet specific timelines.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives including job fairs, candidate campaigns, and maintaining the company's presence across social media and job platforms.
  • Manage interview coordination, assessments, communication timelines, and follow-ups to ensure a high quality candidate experience.
  • Run and analyze reports and candidate activity; present insights to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Create new government and non-profit contacts for recruiting.
  • Implement and maintain a “keep in touch” strategy for future candidates, contributing to a long-term pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate data in recruiting systems and ensure compliance and visibility across the hiring team.
  • Attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's information. Protect sensitive data.
  • Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business. Will consider experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2+ years of general office administration and hourly recruitment
  • Microsoft Office strong emphasis in Excel
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Occasional lifting from 5 - 10 lbs., unassisted (from 0 – 15% of the time)
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Manual dexterity needed for keyboarding and other repetitive tasks.
  • The ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary
