Who we are looking for

We are currently searching for a degreed Recruiter to join our already established recruiting team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Someone with staffing or recruiting experience in addition to headhunting experience is preferred. Candidates must feel confident using recruiting tools (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc...).

What you will be doing

This exciting position is responsible for staffing a variety of positions, with the primary focus being Sales Reps in cities across the country along with our core corporate positions in Miami. The recruiter will be responsible for their assigned markets recruiting gainfully employed and confidentially looking candidates using a variety of recruiting techniques such as mining resumes on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites, and true headhunting. This person will also be responsible for some human resources functions, including drug testing, background check, reference checks, etc. Minimal travel may be required.

Bachelors Degree Required

Experience

1 – 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience is strongly preferred
