As our Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle hiring across the company, from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. You'll partner with hiring managers, HR, and community organizations to hit hiring targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while giving every candidate an experience worthy of the Lucchese name.

- Represent Lucchese at job fairs, hiring events, workforce programs, and school partnerships.
- Keep candidates engaged with clear, consistent communication from first contact to first day.
Build the pipeline
- Design targeted sourcing strategies for production, distribution, retail, customer service, and corporate roles.
- Grow warm talent pools through networking, research, and outreach.
- Expand partnerships with schools, workforce groups, and military transition programs.
- Use recruiting tools to track sourcing performance and candidate flow.
Select great people
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, and culture add.
- Administer and interpret assessments or work samples.
- Coordinate interviews and coach hiring managers on interview best practices and selection.
Get new hires off to a strong start
- Manage pre-employment steps accurately and on time.
- Prepare new-hire files, ADP profiles, and onboarding documentation.
- Partner with HR and hiring leaders on a smooth, engaging onboarding experience.
Keep it compliant and running smoothly
- Ensure recruiting complies with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Protect the confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Maintain candidate and requisition records in ADP Workforce Now and support HR administration.
- Look for ways to make hiring faster and better.
What you bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across corporate, retail, manufacturing, or distribution.
- A solid working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to connect with candidates on the factory floor, in the stores, and in the office.
- Strong organization, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Confidence coaching and influencing hiring managers.
- Sharp interpersonal and negotiation skills, with consistent discretion and professionalism.
