Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Hours may vary)
Essential Responsibilities
- Recruit for all positions from sales to automotive technicians.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media and referrals.
- Interview and screen potential candidates.
- Manage and create job postings.
- Communicate with the HR Manager and the Chief of Operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- High School Diploma
- One year of recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work every other Saturday.
- Able to work at different locations in Dallas.
