Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Recruiter for a temporary assignment in Plano, Texas.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $40.00 - $45.00/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

  • We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talented people with meaningful career opportunities. The ideal candidate is a trusted Talent Acquisition partner who can build strong relationships with hiring leaders, understand business needs, identify and engage top talent, and manage the recruiting process from beginning to end.
  • This role requires a high degree of ownership and organization. In addition to traditional full-cycle recruiting responsibilities, the Recruiter will own interview scheduling for their candidates, utilizing Phenom’s scheduling capabilities to efficiently coordinate interviews and provide an end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, and establish effective search plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through candidate selection, offer, and pre-employment activities.
  • Source, attract, and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against established qualifications and job requirements.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders and provide market insights and recommendations throughout the search.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Own candidate interview scheduling and coordination using Phenom, leveraging the platform to efficiently manage calendars, scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Proactively monitor recruiting activity and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to facilitate effective interview processes and timely selection decisions.
  • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions, approvals, negotiations, and offer delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, AI-enabled tools, and data to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, scheduling efficiency, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, hiring manager effectiveness, and overall, Talent Acquisition performance.
  • Ensure recruiting activities are conducted consistently with company policies, applicable employment laws, and established Talent Acquisition practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience with demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring leaders at all levels.
  • Proven sourcing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify and attract high-quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to independently manage interview scheduling and multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting technologies.
