The Role
We are seeking a driven and proactive Recruiter to manage full-lifecycle recruitment across our growing organization. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source high-caliber candidates, and guide applicants through a seamless interview and onboarding experience.
You will serve as an ambassador for our brand, building active talent pipelines and ensuring every candidate receives a positive, professional experience.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across multiple departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance).
- Proactively source active and passive talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Write, optimize, and publish compelling job descriptions to attract diverse applicant pools.
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, set expectations, and establish recruitment timelines.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience: with full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR).
- Sourcing Skills: Demonstrated expertise using advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search strings, and social recruitment tools.
- Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of employment laws, privacy regulations, and fair hiring practices.
