UCHealth Medical Group Provider Recruitment is seeking a Recruiter Associate to join our team at the UCHealth Leprino Building in thriving Aurora. You'll identify and engage physicians and advanced practice providers through targeted sourcing platforms, develop creative strategies for hard-to-fill specialties, conduct candidate research and outreach, and partner with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines across UCHealth.

- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring leaders, and clinical teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment within the scope of the role, work effectively with minimal supervision, and take appropriate action in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and engage physicians and advanced practice providers through LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, PinPoint, PracticeMatch, Health eCareers, and other sourcing platforms.
- Research potential candidates, conduct personalized outreach, and build relationships with prospective providers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche specialties.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Preferred knowledge of physician and APP sourcing platforms and healthcare recruitment practices.
