This is an opportunity to play a key role in building the team at Gradient.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who is more than a candidate sourcer. This role will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and leadership, helping attract, assess, and hire talented professionals across the organization. The recruiter will own the recruiting process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance while creating a positive, professional candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate, operational, and professional positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and define candidate profiles.
  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other creative channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on skills, experience, culture fit, and position requirements.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop compelling job postings and recruiting materials that attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a timely, engaging, and professional candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other key recruiting KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the ATS and recruiting systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and overall hiring efficiency.
  • Support employer branding, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Financial services experience- preferred
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates across multiple functions and levels.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment practices.
  • Experience using an ATS, Indeed, job boards, or similar recruiting technology.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and attention to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing organization where priorities may evolve quickly.
