Position Overview
MAB Community Services is seeking an experienced, motivated Temporary Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and provide recruitment coverage during a medical leave.
The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or medical settings and be comfortable managing a high-volume recruitment workload in a fast-paced environment.
This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and help connect qualified candidates with meaningful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Participate in recruitment events and outreach initiatives as needed.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Previous recruitment experience in human services, healthcare, or medical staffing is required.
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and meet hiring deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
