Job Summary

Join Yoh Services LLC as a Recruiter 1, RPO, working remotely within the Enterprise Solutions Business Unit, specifically supporting the GE Power - G/PC/Steam department. Under the supportive guidance of account managers and senior recruiters, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing proactive recruitment strategies. This role focuses on sourcing and screening qualified talent to meet current hiring demands, while also building a robust pipeline for future opportunities. As you become familiar with Yoh processes, client needs, and industry standards, you will gradually build your recruiting expertise and contribute meaningfully to both individual and team success. Responsibilities

• End-to-end Recruitment Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including crafting and executing effective search strategies, identifying appropriate sourcing channels, conducting candidate assessments and screenings, facilitating interview processes, and handling offer negotiations and acceptance procedures while strictly adhering to company policies and client expectations.
• Candidate Pipeline Development: Cultivate and maintain an active network of qualified candidates, keeping track of their career interests and readiness to fill current and future client openings. Engage candidates with timely communication to foster long-term relationships and ensure pipeline sustainability.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts and candidates to enhance market knowledge, receive referrals, and contribute to outstanding customer service and candidate experience.
• Post-Placement Support: Maintain ongoing communication with placed candidates to provide client feedback, coaching, and resolve any employment-related issues, ensuring candidate satisfaction and retention.
• Industry Insight and Client Culture Understanding: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and client-specific culture to improve screening accuracy and alignment of candidates with organizational needs.

• Industry and Business Acumen: Develop an understanding of staffing workflows and client's industry sectors to enhance candidate evaluation and engagement.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools confidently to manage recruitment data, prepare reports, and streamline recruitment activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Sciences, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience Level: Entry-level candidates with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, with a strong emphasis on potential and willingness to learn.
• Personal Attributes: Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition challenges.
• Remote Work Readiness: Ability to perform effectively within a remote work environment, demonstrating excellent time management and self-motivation.

Compensation and Benefits

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $61,200 - $91800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
