Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Provider Talent Partner to join our team. This role is vital in sourcing, recruiting, and managing relationships with healthcare providers within the aesthetics industry. The successful candidate will leverage their industry connections and recruiting expertise to identify top talent, manage full-cycle recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines efficiently throughout the recruitment process
- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including industry networks, referrals, and online platforms
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial outreach to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage HR systems to track candidate information, interview schedules, and hiring metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and industry contacts to facilitate ongoing talent acquisition needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain connections within the aesthetics sector to identify potential candidates quickly
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR management tools
- Extensive network and connections within the aesthetics industry or related healthcare fields
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively using various channels
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
