This role recruits for a variety of positions at all different levels. The goal of this position is to generate direct hire
fees through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies for direct hire
positions. Professional Recruiter will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined
requirements.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates
- Develop and implement recruiting plan to source top talent in market.
- Screen and interview candidates for direct-hire placement at client operations.
- Conduct thorough reference checks on all candidates.
- Manage consistent flow of candidates to ensure minimum production standards
are being met and/or exceeded.
- Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings.
- Document and maintain all candidate and client information in system.
- Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.
Business Development
- Develop and implement plan to generate new business opportunities in which to
market and place candidates in direct hire positions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions based on standard operating practices.
- Monitor individual client expectations and implement appropriate service levels
to meet and exceed clients’ needs.
- Establish a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual
production dollar objectives.

- Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and production
standards monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Maintain Compliance with all Legal and Company Standards
- Send resumes to clients after reviewing that submitted resumes meet company and position guidelines.
- Schedule Associate interviews and ensure all parties have the specific details.
- Follow up timely with clients on all submitted resumes and interviews, as well as regular follow up
communications to increase sales.
Client Retention and Evaluation:• Remain knowledgeable and compliant with company requirements and processes.
- Possess an understanding and remain compliant with all local, state, and federal laws
as they relate to recruiting and placing of candidates with client companies.
- Remain professional at all times when representing the company or a candidate to a client company.
- Remain current with standard and general Human Resources practices.
- Document all information regarding candidates and client companies into company systems.
- Coordinate and monitor the direct hire placement through its guarantee period and collection of payment.
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related experience of business experience in related field
- Previous experience in sales or client expansion position is required

- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client

- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry with retail staffing
experience preferred.
- Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
- Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate
language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
- Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
Remote/Hybrid: Typically work is performed either in an office environment or a suitable workspace to conduct
business free of distractions and background noise. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety
and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for this position:
- Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
- Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
- Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
