Pay: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, plus uncapped commission
Job Type: Full-time, In Person

The Role

As a Recruiter at Altra Homecare Group, you'll join a team of driven people who share one mission: improving the lives of everyone we encounter, from patients and clients to co-workers and caregivers. Here's how you'll make that happen:

  • Find quality candidates through a variety of recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Interview qualified candidates to match them with our current needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Manage schedules for clients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with your teammates to succeed on every front
  • Share rotating on-call responsibilities with the team
  • Take on other tasks as needed
