Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to support strategic hiring initiatives within our Employee Benefits division. This role will focus on attracting and hiring high-performing Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Benefits Consultants, Sales Executives, and Life & Health licensed producer talent across key growth markets.
This is an excellent fully remote opportunity for a recruiter with deep experience in commercial insurance, employee benefits consulting, or producer recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Please note that this is a contract position that is anticipated to go for 6 months, with potential to be converted into a perm role.
How you'll make an impact
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for experienced Employee Benefits revenue-generating and client-facing talent.
- Source and recruit Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, Benefits Consultants, Vice Presidents, and Life & Health licensed professionals.
- Build and execute proactive talent-mapping strategies targeting competitors and industry-leading organizations.
- Develop pipelines of passive candidates within the employee benefits and health & welfare consulting marketplace.
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand growth strategies, market dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments evaluating:Employee benefits expertise
- Sales and business development capabilities
- Book-of-business growth
- Client relationship management
- Leadership and consulting experience
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruiting lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closing.
- Provide labor market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation guidance to hiring managers and HR partners.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, reporting, and documentation within recruiting systems.
About You
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience within commercial insurance, employee benefits consulting, brokerage organizations, health & welfare consulting.
- Demonstrated success recruiting experienced insurance and consulting professionals.
- Experience identifying and sourcing passive talent from competitors.
- Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
