The Role

The Principal Specialist is a subject matter expert and provides efficient and flexible recruitment administrative support including but not limited to workload allocation, process change management, reports generation and quality checks. This role facilitates operational service delivery of the team members to contribute to the overall achievement of targets. They act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of one or more accounts and deputize for the Team Leader or Manager as required.

Candidate will report onsite hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia.

This is a 4 month contract.

Key Accountabilities

Online Assessment Evaluation Team Leadership

  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership and support for the Online Assessment Evaluation team.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Assign and coordinate the team’s evaluation workload to ensure work is appropriately distributed and completed within established timelines.
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews of completed evaluations.
  • Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for additional coaching or support.
  • Manage and resolve escalations originating from the evaluation team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and issues impacting the team’s ability to execute its responsibilities.

Post-Conditional Job Offer Operations Leadership

  • Provide operational leadership for teams supporting candidates who have received a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) and are progressing through the pre-employment and hiring process.
  • Lead and support the team responsible for facilitating pre-employment educational sessions with CJO candidates.
  • Ensure facilitators are prepared to effectively communicate post-CJO requirements, next steps, expectations, and the overall pre-employment process to candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support to the post-CJO team and address questions or issues that arise during candidate sessions.
  • Manage escalations from the post-CJO team and determine appropriate resolution or elevation when additional leadership decisions are required.
  • Lead the team responsible for monitoring and managing post-CJO candidate inquiries received through shared mailboxes.
  • Oversee the timely and appropriate handling of candidate questions and requests.
  • Partner with leadership to resolve complex candidate situations and operational issues.

On-Site Hiring Operations & Event Support

  • Provide operational support and coordination for the on-site hiring team throughout the hiring season.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of on-site team activities and coverage.
  • Support with facilitating team meetings and communication to ensure the on-site team is aligned on priorities, expectations, and upcoming activities.
  • Support team engagement, morale, and overall team experience in the on-site environment.
  • Provide hands-on operational support during hiring events and execute assigned event-day responsibilities.
  • Assist with coordinating and resolving issues that arise during live hiring events.
  • Partner with leadership and other operational teams to ensure successful execution of hiring events.

AMS / Delta Team Leadership & Operational Support

  • Serve as a key operational resource across multiple recruiting support functions.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Monitor day-to-day workflows and identify potential issues before they impact candidate or team operations.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure consistent communication and execution of processes.
  • Manage escalations and determine when issues require additional leadership involvement.
  • Support the implementation and communication of process updates and operational changes.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment.

Skills & Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in operational support and coordination, preferably in onsite hiring events.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Strength in problem-solving, communication, coaching, guidance and support to the team members.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders, managing customers' needs and expectations and working to service levels agreed
