As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified physicians and experts to expand and strengthen ISG's nationwide provider network. This role deals with fulfilling network expansion requests, building relationships with providers and office staff, negotiating fees when appropriate, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while meeting department KPIs. Pay rate starts at $18.50, varying based on professional background and experience.
