The Partner Recruiting Assistant provides administrative and project support to the Partner Recruiting team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with arranging and scheduling lateral partner candidate interviews and meetings across offices, including maintaining calendars and appointment schedules, booking conference rooms, and preparing meeting materials as needed.
- Assist with travel arrangements and related expense invoices for lateral partner candidates and team members.
- Assist with arranging and scheduling lateral partner onboarding and orientation.
- Enter detailed applicant interview data into the firm’s applicant tracking system (VI/WAVE).
- Assist with general administrative duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work well with internal and external clients.
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Sound judgment, as well as the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with internal and external contacts on all levels.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy, especially on tight deadlines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting or administrative experience.

Hiring Salary Range
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00
