Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter (Part-Time) | UNMB

UNMB, a leading Long Island-based mortgage bank, is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter to partner directly with our CEO in attracting top-producing Loan Officers and Retail/Branch Teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit high-performing Mortgage Loan Officers and Branch Teams
  • Source candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry research
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage sales talent
  • Manage candidate activity within the recruiting CRM
  • Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding
  • Develop recruiting strategies that support company growth objectives

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of mortgage, financial services, or sales recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting commissioned sales professionals
  • Mortgage Loan Officer recruiting experience preferred
  • Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and CRM systems

CompensationSchedule

  • $24-$26 per hour, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Part-time, 25-30 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday, in-office or hybrid options
