Manager of Corporate Recruitment
Rate: $28- $32/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Full-Time

The McGuire Group is looking to add a Manager of Corporate Recruitment to its team, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer. In this role, you’ll lead our centralized recruiting function across multiple skilled nursing and healthcare facilities, overseeing recruiter performance, hiring workflows, and organization-wide recruitment efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of corporate recruiters
- Oversee recruitment activity and hiring pipelines across multiple facilities
- Establish recruiter performance expectations, accountability, and development goals
- Monitor hiring needs and adjust recruiting priorities based on facility demand
- Improve time-to-hire, interview activity, offer acceptance, and overall recruiting efficiency
- Identify and address bottlenecks throughout the hiring process
- Utilize UKG, AI, and recruiting technology to improve workflows and candidate management
- Standardize screening, interview processes, candidate experience, and recruiting practices
- Develop talent pools and re-engagement strategies to maximize existing candidate pipelines
- Partner with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and department leaders on hiring needs and workforce planning
- Analyze recruiting trends and performance data to identify challenges and opportunities
- Support recruitment strategies that improve staffing stability and organizational needs
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of recruiting leadership or high-level recruiting experience
- Experience managing recruiting priorities across multiple locations or business lines
- Experience with high-volume and hard-to-fill recruitment; healthcare experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology; UKG experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with operational and organizational leadership
