For the New York Office of a Prestigious Global Law Firm
Responsibilities include
- Coordinate law student recruiting interviews, including scheduling, calendar logistics, candidate tracking, and follow-up.
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and summer associates, responding to questions and supporting a positive recruiting experience.
- Support the planning and execution of summer associate and law student recruiting events, including select on-site programs.
- Greet candidates, provide office tours, and assist with interview-day logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information in the firm’s recruitment database.
- Assist Recruiting leadership with departmental projects and other attorney recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications include
- 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience; Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Meticulous attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills and a commitment to producing accurate work.
- Proactive, dependable, and collaborative approach with sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with viWave/Desktop is a plus.
Salary: $75k-$82k
