As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified HHAs to meet the staffing needs of our organization
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to secure job referrals
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments with hiring managers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Languages: Trilingual- Spanish, Creole & Spanish
