Role Summary
We are a highly collaborative team of Executive Search professionals, who thrive in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment. We design tailor made executive search solutions to many well-known brands, middle market companies and entrepreneurial businesses. Our Executive Search practice is growing, and we are hiring an Intern in our Los Angeles offices.
As an Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of engagements and industries. Working closely with teams and clients, you’ll take on assignments similar to those given to full-time Associates. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and a desire to grow may be considered for full-time opportunities upon graduation, depending on company needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment process at every stage
- Assisting with job postings and executive packages for candidates
- Identifying prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, databases, social media and other internal sources
- Conducting pre-screening calls and/or virtual meetings to qualify prospective candidates for opportunities and presenting the opportunity to these individuals.
- Documenting candidate summaries and interview notes, and updating and managing client reports
- Utilizing our CRM/ATS system ensuring data integrity and client access in real time
- Supporting the calendar management for the Principals and Partners with respect to candidate interviews and client engagements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Excellent written communication skills, with strong business and technical writing experience
- Ability to truly listen, to be empathetic and open minded
- Attention to detail, strong organizational, analytical, planning and project management skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with executives and senior leaders
- Goal oriented with a strong work ethic
