Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
Property & Casualty Insurance License
Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various licensing requirements.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey company vision clearly.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
Self-motivated personality with a drive to build deep professional networks.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.

Guide prospective agents through our hiring process, ensuring they feel informed and supported from the first touchpoint.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent through proactive networking and community involvement.
Collaborate with our leadership team to refine our search strategies and identify the types of skills that contribute most to our long-term success.
