Job Summary
We are currently hiring an in-house temporary IHT Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Talent Journeyteam, and our ideal candidatewill possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to assist field teams with recruitment needs including, but not limited to, conduct market research, job advertisement creation and development, as well as implementation of recruitment plans.
Essential Duties
Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these
- Research clients, local market data and competitors to create effective recruiting campaigns on behalf of field teams.
- Write engaging, creative, and inclusive job postings and other job content consistent with brand standards.
- Review Active Job Posting report to ensure no duplicates, assist with WorkNow descriptions.
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies and content for remote/low populated/new presence markets, and other exceptions.
- Monitor and inform Working Position Owners of their expiring postings to support compliance with internal recruiting standards.
- Manage and respond to requests for field support via the AskTalentAcquisition mailbox, group chats, and other channels.
- Provide field support and education on all recruiting tools and best practices, such as posting consolidations and performance, Erecruit, WorkNow, job boards and resume licenses, Sense, ConverzAI, etc.

Competencies we value for this role include Ability to work with all levels of the organization with integrity, ability to be objective, are detail-oriented and have commitment to continuous improvement. Strong written and oral communication skills, be customer-service oriented have strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), PeopleSoft experience preferred. A proven strong organizational skill and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure. Associate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field and Staffing industry experience preferred, or a combination is both.
