About the Position

Alliance Healthcare Service is seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This position is an excellent opportunity for an organized, positive, and detail-oriented professional who is interested in developing a career in Human Resources within a healthcare environment.

The HR Recruiter will support the HR team with recruitment, hiring, employee records, HR administration, and ongoing departmental projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to providing a positive experience for both candidates and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment and hiring process, including preparing and posting job requisitions and job advertisements.
  • Source, contact, and screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit for available positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team.
  • Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process and provide relevant information regarding job opportunities and next steps.
  • Assist with onboarding and other pre-employment activities as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in accordance with company policies and applicable HR regulations.
  • Review, update, and maintain employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee and applicant information.
  • Compile reports and retrieve information from personnel databases and HR systems.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of HR forms, worksheets, tracking tools, and record-keeping systems.
  • Assist with HR projects, employee communications, and department initiatives.
  • Communicate company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to employees and job applicants as appropriate.
  • Help ensure HR practices and documentation are consistent with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and applicant information.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or a related field is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Experience with an HRIS, applicant tracking system (ATS), or recruiting platform is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $21 - $25 DOE
