What Youll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing strategies and tools
Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
Coordinate interviews and create a seamless, positive hiring experience
Build and improve onboarding workflows and employee processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and make strong hiring decisions
Support retention through engagement initiatives and follow-ups
Proactively identify and help resolve employee-related challenges
Track recruiting performance, tools, and spend
What You Bring
Youre someone who thrives on organization, ownership, and helping people succeed:
Detail-oriented and accuracy-drivenyou catch what others miss
Highly organizedyou bring structure and clarity to complex work
Experience in recruiting, HR operations, or people coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to $86,000
100% company-paid health, dental & vision (90% for family)
