Highlights of your role

Responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvements. Supports databases used by the human resources function including payroll, time off, employee records, and benefits among others. Develops and implements plans to recruit qualified candidates for all positions. Provides support to departments which may include interviewing, checking references, negotiating employment offers and overseeing new hire orientation and training. Identifies sources of candidates, and initiates and maintains relationships with outside sources (e.g., employment agencies, recruiters, colleges, job fair sponsors). Ensures adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process.

  • Pay Range: $33.53- $48.62

*It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.

What you’ll get to do in this role

Collaborate with Leaders to understand current and future workforce needs. Develop, initiate and implement a wide range of sourcing strategies that result in meeting the talent needs of the organization.

Provide hiring managers guidance in human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations regarding candidate selection, interview process, hiring decision, etc.

Facilitate the initial interview process (i.e. arranging/conducting interviews, administering pre-employment paperwork, entering background check & fingerprinting requests).

Conduct initial screening calls and in person interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting from sourcing the best talent to effective screening of candidates, conducting meaningful and productive interviews, negotiating optimal terms, and onboarding candidates as needed.

Inform job applicants of details such as status of application, duties and responsibilities of the role, compensation, benefits, & scheduling.

Compile, maintain, analyze and report on recruitment activities and supporting metrics.

Act as a resource for the HRIS.

Participate in high school & college visits, job fairs, and career expos.

Conduct exit interviews, partnering with HR Director if areas of concerns are discovered.

Act as liaison with area employment agencies (permanent and temporary) and recruitment agencies.

You’re an excellent fit, if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, or similar degree preferred.
  • 3 or more years experience in Human Resource Informations Systems
  • recruiting experience preferred
